- Raise an in-house Android engineer.
- Implement a high performance library that supports multiple connections and multithreading for using Modbus/TCP protocol (a serial protocol for communication with PLC devices) in Android
- Implement the tool via native Android development that uses the aforementioned Modbus/TCP library
