PROJECT ASSESSMENT
DESIGN SPRINT
Work with the client to consolidate the product vision and to identify the key user problems to solve
Brainstorm solutions and define core product requirements
Build a prototype to test the user journey and to validate the product
DEVELOPMENT
We work in close and constant collaboration with the client, making sure that all the relevant people are involved in each phase of the development.
At the end of every week the client receives a new app's build and a project status report.
Once development is completed, extensive QA testing is performed.
The app is released to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
POST DEVELOPMENT
3 months of maintenance included in the price. We also conduct full and proper handover to the in-house development team to ensure long-term success of the project. If the client wishes to keep working with us for post-MVP development and maintenance, it can be arranged.
