Design and deliver a white-label coffee shop checkout service from scratch: from idea to a viable product

Scope

- Run a design sprint to create product specifications, user flows for initial mvp-launch and post-mvp phase

- Build a dedicated development team to manage the full development scope: design, frontend, backend, mobile app (flutter), integration with online payment processing solutions

- Design the MVP of the consumer and back-office suite of products
