Task
Validate the product hypothesis for a sticker maker app by building a Mobile Application and necessary infrastructure in the most efficient way. The app should allow users to create personalized stickers, including video stickers, and use them instantly on Telegram.
Scope
Research
Determine solutions that would allow to build an application with a minimal team (It was established that full scope can be implemented only by a mobile team and using only one programming language.
This was enabled by embracing serverless infrastructure: Firebase + Google Cloud Functions)
Telegram bot development
Develop telegram bot with dart language on a Google Cloud Functions so that mobile team can take care of it and you don’t need a separate backend team
Landing page development
Develop landing with flutter and deploy with Firebase Hosting
